THE LAST LETTER

Hola Familia!!!

Well everyone, this is the last letter that I will be writing you guys from Colombia. I can’t beleive this is my last week in the mission. It has been an awesome experience, one that I will treasure for the rest of my life. I can’t thank you guys enough for all that you’ve done to help me with your love and support. My testimony has truly grown. This is Christ´s Church. I’ve seen the Lord’s hand in my mission. He has truly changed so many peoples’ lives and in the process has changed mine forever. I know that Joseph Smith was a prophet and that the Book of Mormon is the word of God. I know that families can be together forever. And I know that we have a living prophet on the earth today. I’m greatful for the Priesthood. I know that acting under it, the Lord has blessed many people. I love you guys so much. I can’t wait to see you next week. Everyone is invited to my homecoming next Sunday!!  I am going to go out and find some more people to teach now!

Hola Familia!!!

How are you guys doing!!? This week was pretty good, we are finding more people to teach. Church attendence is going down though, there doesn’t seem to be much help from the members. Our branch president is a good guy and he is working really hard. He doesn’t have much support from the other branch leaders so we are trying to help him out lightening his load. We did a talent show on Friday that went really well.  They made me dance salsa and we did a Mexican soap opera haha. I’m excited for all the work that we have to do here we just have to figure out how to do it effectively. A lot of times all our appointments fall through which sucks. Hopefully this week we´ll be able to do a little bit better. I love you guys so much!!

Hola Familia!!

Happy Mother’s Day!! It was awesome talking to you guys yesterday. The highlight of the week was that the family I was teaching in my last area here in Cali finally got married last Friday and I was able to go to the baptism and baptize the wife. I was so happy. I didn’t think I was going to be able to see it. It was a big lesson on patience, we really are on the Lords time table, but if we are patient he will bless us. I can’t beleive I only have 3 more weeks left, I can’t wait to see you guys in person!! I love you soo much!!
